Recognize patterns of overgiving, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment.

The Inner Shift Toward Self-Love

2. Follow the Weekly Modules

Each week, one module opens with short video lessons and guidance for that week’s workbook chapter.

3. Practice and Integrate

You’ll have time to reflect, journal, apply the lessons, and embody self-love in real life.
